#391 - Documents corrupted
just upgraded to the latest version and now all mail merge documents are corrupted and can not be opened after generating them. Also noticed after install the "document name field" in the documents module disappeared.

Hello dgreene, For sure this is not normal the doc format definition hasn't changed with the new release. Can you tell me which release you've installed (screenshot of the module loader) and can you send me a word template doc file on a standard module that always go wrong for you? Can you also provide more details on the version of your os (windows XP, Seven, 8 ?), the version of your word (32bits or 64, 2007, 2010, 2013 ?)

Please provide me an email address that I can send you the requested attachments. We are using Windows 7 and Office 2010 32bit. All documents worked prior to todays upgrade. We are using version 20131220.

Uploaded 3 docs. Carrington....docx is a mail merge completed doc that is corrupted (created today after upgrade) the other two are document templates that we have been using for almost a year with previous versions of this product.

Where are we on this? We've been unable to issue proposals or contracts for 2 business days now...I need a resolution ASAP.

Hello dgreene, Thank you for the files. We've ran several tests today and your doc "Partner_Plus_Management_Proposal.docx" lead to an error in the open TBS library concerning the php zip library. You probably have these errors in your apache error log file. If we take out a few pages of the docs it works just fine. So the size or some content is preventing it to work properly, but we don't know what yet and we need further analysis to get through a possible bug in the library open TBS (which we are not responsible for, we just embed it). As for now you should downgrade or don't go in production with this release of the module or possibly cut down your document in several parts. We will continue our investigations to check how we can get around this.
