    Hello,

Can you please tell us what version of the module you have installed on your Sugar?
You can find this from Administrator > Module Loader.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Synolia Team,
I'm trying to migrate my Sugar 7.8.2.2 to 7.9.3 and I have the same error. Here the version of my plugin : 20170718.

Is there a way to fix it ?

    Kind regards,

      Hello,

You can uninstall the module, but when asked if you want to remove the tables, keep them. Afterwards, upgrade Sugar and re-install the latest version of the module on Sugar 7.9.3. You should be able to install the module and recover all your templates as you kept the tables.

      Kind regards,
      Synolia Support

      Hello,
Thank you for your answer. I downloaded that zip file SUGAR_SYNOGENERATEDOC_7.6.0-to-7.9_20170728.zip from my purchase panel but I still have the problem. In the module loader, the version is still 20170718.

Can you give me the last number version I should have ?

      Best regards,
      Pierre-Nicolas

      Hello Pierre,

I apologize, I have miss read the context and answerd for a different module.
For GenerateDoc, yes, the version you have installed is the latest, but having it installed on your system blocks the upgrade wizard as it uses some features necessary for BWC modules integration of GenerateDoc that are no longer supported by Sugar. For that reason, while you have the module installed, the upgrade wizard will block the upgrade of your Sugar.
Simply uninstall the module, upgrade Sugar using the wizard, and reinstall the module with the same version.

      Kind regards,
      Synolia Support

    Dear Synolia Team,
I finally upgrade my SugarCRM to 7.9.3 and I tried to install again the plugin but I have an error during the installation. The installation is block at 66%.
I have this error during the installation : PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on boolean in /[ROOT_SUGAR]/include/MetaDataManager/MetaDataManager.php on line 2391, referer: https://[URL]/index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_prepare

    Here the line in the file MetaDataManager.php : return $this->getCache()->get($this->getCachedMetadataHashKey($context));

Do you have an idea of the error cause ?

    Kind regards

    Pierre-Nicolas
