#3116 - 7.8 & 7.9 compatibility
Hey Syno Support,
Sugar is telling us that Syno dashboard isn't compatible with the new 7.8 Sugar Enterprise instance and they have just released version 7.9 last week. Since we are Sugar On Demand (Cloud) customers we can only hold off for so long before they update our instance to the latest 7.8 then 7.9. Can you give us a timeline on the availability of a Syno version that is compatible? Additionally, what is the standard delay from a new Sugar release to a compatible version of Syno Dashboard being available? Is there a newer version or a Syno beta I can try in our sandbox instance with the new 7.8 ? Please provide a link and any special instructions if required for upgrading?

Hello Tom,
Starting with Sugar 7.8 we have released a new subscription plan for the Dashboard Templates module to keep up with recurring maintenance costs. To my knowledge the Sugar 7.8 Entreprise is fully supported and we are currently working on the 7.9 compatibility update. I will contact the team in charge of the project and get back to you with more details on this.

We just updated, subscribed, and were billed for an annual subscription to your software on April 13th, 2017. I am assuming we are covered under that agreement?
Please confirm a timeline as to when I can expect a response and have the software update available to test in our Sugar On Demand sandbox instance.
