#1249 - sugar print is not working !!!!
Hi ! I Have just purchased and installed sugarprint add on. Our CRM is latest SuiteCRM version 7.2.1 ( sugar version 6.5.20 ).
It installed fine with no errors, but when running, the botton buttons do not show up ( actually show up as small nameless buttons) and do not work. Our system language is Portuguese.
Please let me know whether this add on is not compatible with my version of suitecrm,( and return the payment), or help me with this issue. There are other addons that I would like to purchase as well, but got to get this working first.
Your ticket systems is also not allowing me to attach print screens of the system. Please let me know how we proceed with support, we could use screen sharing or remote access.
