#4397 - Trying to Map another Field, Sync did not work

Good Afternoon, I mapped a new field in SugarCRM. the field is "related commercial category". I ran the re-sync but it looks like only 2 contacts out of the 17531 in the Commercial Segment had that field updated. Just wondering if I am missing something?

    Hi Frank,

    Happy to help. Can you tell me the type of field that Related Commercial Category is and the type of field you created in Mailchimp to receive the data? Additionally, it would be helpful to gather some more data about the kinds of errors we're seeing from Mailchimp. Can you follow the steps below and email the errors to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?

    1. From within Sugar Admin, navigate to SugarChimp's Health Status page
    2. Change the /health-status portion of the URL to /adminbatches
    3. Click Show along the left-hand side and see if you have any errored operations
    4. For any errors that occurred around the type you re-synced, click Download Link and send the file that downloads to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com
