Do you have a document on the best way to change a module price?

I would like existing customers to renew at the current rate and new customers to have a different price. However, when I create a new plan I get a new key which means that I need to make a code change.

    You can simply change the price on the plan at any time. We capture the price at the time of purchase so any changes made to the pricing scheme will not affect those who already made a purchase.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
