HI, it is possible to add on email form two custom fields (dropdown) ? i need to "categorize" my emails.

      Thank you for using our solution.

      Emails sent our are based on standard email's table and will show in other places in the system, same as you would have composed Email from anywhere else.

      Can you please send us a screenshot as to where you would like to have ability to categorize email ?

    In my scenario i added a custom module that use the module email as source. in this module ( in bwc at this moment) every mail is categorized by 2 dependent category ( macrocategory and microcategory) . In fact the email is treated like a normal record (indeed i have a list view!!) , but your solution is more elegant .
