Hi,

Got a couple of questions. 1. If the Group mailbox is set to auto create cases does this automatically update the State e.g. from Unprocessed to Processed 2. We have 300 users and 60 Group email accounts, most users are members of at least 4 Group email accounts, this pricing model makes it far too expensive. Do you have any alternate pricing arrangements

    Hi Mark,

    thank you for your interest in our solution.

    All emails will by default have unprocessed state, no matter if they auto create a case or not. Email is considered as an entry for it self, that can result in multiple actions happening apart from case being created.

    We do have the option to further fine tune the module options to your own needs as well.
