#3283 - OrgChart is not displaying any data

I have followed your instructions and created the dashlet. It is not populating with any data whatsoever. I am in the client record of the person who is head of the company, and who has about 20 direct reports. Those are all showing correctly in the Direct Report subpanel, but there is no org chart in the SynoOrgChart dashlet -- just a blank space.

We have customized within the modules (creating fields, for example), but have not done any code modification at all, and the contact and direct report fields are as they came.

Help?

    Hello,

    The module displays the organisational chart of the accounts with their head of the company for each account, but not the hierarchy of the contacts inside an account.

    Thank you for responding. I must admit that I'm very confused.

    First, I have added the dashlet in both the company and contact modules, and the result is the same in both cases -- blank with no data at all.

    Second, what do you mean when you say the module displays the head of the company but not the hierarchy of contacts? What is the purpose of an org chart if not to display the contacts and how they are organized?

    Something is clearly wrong. Can you help me fix it?

    If not, I'm going to have to uninstall and ask for my money back because an add-on that doesn't work is of no value to me.

      May you try to perform these repair actions and force the refresh of your browser to check that everything is installed correctly:
      1) Rebuild JS Grouping Files
      2) Quick Repair and Rebuild
