#3822 - HTTP 500 error
Hi, I have twice tried to load this app into sugar CRM (version 7.7.2.1) and both times all of our company's users receive the HTTP 500 error and cannot access the system at all. We then need to have CRM Online (providers of Sugar) remove the plugin from their side. I downloaded the app only yesterday and had one instance of crash then and another today.

Greetings for Appjetty.
We are sorry for the trouble. As per our discussions and checking, the PHP v.5.3.10 of the server is an older version of PHP and our Survey Rocket tool requires at least the PHP version v5.4 + for the operations.
Thus this might be an issue of the internal server error as at the time of installation, the functions structure etc are quite different in both the PHP versions and caused this issue for your CRM.
We request you to kindly upgrade your PHP version and continue to use our Survey Rocket plugin for a long time.
