#878 - Not Syncing Lists

I have setup on Sugar, and synced across the lists.. only one list out of 5 has been synced, and not even all the contacts? it is setup to sync every 5 minutes, but is not syncing at all.. please help!

    Hi Fred, here are a couple things to check:

    1) If you go to Admin > Health Status, do you see any red X's or are they all green checks? In the "Pending to MailChimp" does it show zeros or are there other numbers there?

    2) If you go to each of the Sugar Target Lists you are wanting to sync, is the "MailChimp List" field set to the MailChimp List name you want to sync it to?

    3) Lastly, there are several reasons why not all of the people on your Sugar Target List will make it into MailChimp. Please give this page a look: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match

    Let me know what you find and I'll be able to have a better idea at what might be going on. Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for your reply, see answers below; 1) In Healths Status, all green checks. No red X's at all. 2) In Pending to Mailchimp, showing 5 Lists, 13145 contacts. 3) Yes, all set to Mailchimp list name i want to sync to.. 4) Lastly, yes i had a look at 'list counts do not match' but i have 13,145 vs 548.. all contacts have email addresses.. awaiting your reply thank you..

      Thanks for the info. If you still see numbers greater than zero in the "Pending to MailChimp" section, they should eventually be processed and get you closer to your 13k number. The scheduler is optimized to run in 5 minute intervals so it doesn't overload your system. It will work through the "Pending to MailChimp" queue until it is cleared out.

      Have those numbers gone down or changed since you responded here? Thanks!

    yes, approx. 500 contacts have been added over a three day period.. at this rate, it will take a month????

      That's certainly not how it's suppose to work. It should be able to sync 13k contacts in under an hour easily.

      If you go to Admin > Schedulers > SugarChimp, how frequently does it show the SugarChimp scheduler is actually running? Is it 5 minutes between each run? Or is it longer?

      What's the numbers show now on the Health Status page?

    set at 5 minute intervals. last ran 22/10/2014 at 5.01 pm?? Pending to Mailchimp: 5 lists, 12k contacts... i can send you a screenshot?

    Dear all, I think I am facing the same problem of Fred1. Till yesterday everything was working fine. Today I added a very very important list of contacts which...did not even started to sync in MailChimp ! Can you guys organize a screenshare tomorrow morning at 9.00 Italian time? :D thanks, Erica

      Hi Erica, a couple things to check first.

      1) If you go to your new list in Sugar, is the "MailChimp List" field set?

      2) If you go to Admin > Schedulers > SugarChimp, has your SugarChimp scheduler run recently and is it running about every 5 minutes?

      3) If you go to Admin, scroll to the SugarChimp section and go to "Health Status" does it show there are items pending from Sugar to MailChimp?

      After you check on these things I'm happy to jump on a screenshare, but we are 7 hours behind your time. Would 3pm your time work? That would be 8am my time. Thanks!

      Goog morning then! Check 1) Ok; Check 2) Scheduler las run yesterday 2.35 pm and...it is still running. Sob. How can I reset the scheduler? Check 3) Three lists and 3610 Targets/Leads/Contacts still pending from Sugar to MailChimp. This number does not match with the records actually to sync. I am ready to follow your instruction or organize a screen share, as you prefer. Let me know, ciao
