#3947 - Does SugarChimp also sync/archive the emails sent from Mailchimp to SugarCRM?
We are evaluating SugarChimp for our campaign needs. One of the important requirement for us is to be able to view the emails sent from mailchimp in SugarCRM. When the campaign is sent out from mailchimp the email should be auto archived/synced to the corresponding contact in sugar.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out; we're happy to help. We do offer the option to sync campaign activity to a contact within Sugar. When viewing a contact within Sugar, you'll see the MailChimp Dashlet on the right hand side, as shown here: https://d.pr/free/i/nPNKbx. Within the Dashlet you can see the lists the contact is subscribed to and the emails they've been sent.

Hello Heidi,
We are looking for a plugin which integrates SugarCRM with Mailchimp. Our pain point today is that we cant send emails to large number of recipients from SugarCRM and Sugar lacks certain Email Marketing features hence we cant use Sugar as a main Email Marketing Tool. We have been using Mailchimp for email needs but we obviously need these emails in SugarCRM. I did try the free trial of SugarChimp, we would like explore more on the features. May be a demo would be a good idea to see the product and also address our queries. Do you think a demo would be possible sometime soon?

Hi Heidi, Thanks for your response. We would want the emails to appear in the emails subpanel instead of the Dashlet. Dashlet is fine but does not serve our purpose.
