We could not sync our list from sugar to mailchimp. Please advice. The status was sync complete however when we check it in mail chimp the list is blank. No error logs in sugar.

    Hello Leonell,

    I apologize for any trouble with the sync. Hopefully we can figure out what is going on quickly for you. The most common syncing issues involve required fields in MailChimp, or invalid/opted out email addresses in SugarCRM. Why don't we schedule a call to look at this in more detail:

    Hello there,

    On the call, we were able to discover that the records in Sugar were marked as opted out incorrectly. Once we fixed the opt outs, the records were able to sync across to MailChimp as expected.

    In addition, we believe that the opt outs happened because you used Quick2List's Remove and Re-add function, which removes all records, thus unsubscribing them from MailChimp and potentially opting them out of Sugar.
