#2908 - Unable to sync lists

I am able to make it to step 4 of installation but stops at "Loading SmartList Settings . . ."

    Hello Peter,

    Sorry for the trouble. Will you go to admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild. After the repair, will you go to Admin > Health Status and change the logging level to 'debug'. Then go back to our SugarChimp Configuration page and revalidate your license and API keys (steps 2 and 3). You will be warned about changing API keys, but continue through it. Let me know if that clears up the issue or if you're still getting stuck.

    Hello Peter,

    Glad to hear it's working. Sugar is very fickle with new modules, and sometimes just requires that Quick Repair and Rebuild. Thanks for letting us know you were having issues. I'll go ahead and close this case out for now, but if anything else comes up, don't hesitate to reach out.
