#2861 - Dashlet on Accounts

Closed Feature created by David E Kromann 7 years ago

Hi

I got a request today from one in our Sales Team that asks if you will reconsider the dashlet in the sideboard on Accounts.

As it is today it is confusing and it is not easy to see the persons that have been the most active in the latest send-out.

Could the people activity be sorted by person and preferably the most active ones in the top?

Maybe have a subdivision of the data...

What a sales person most wants to know here is who was most active

Hope you understand what we mean :-)

BR Lone

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. That does make sense. I can see how that could be useful. We might be able to update this in a future release.

If your Sales Team can see the most active Contacts on the Account, what will they do with that information? How will they use that information?

If we do make a change, I want to make sure we know how it will be used best. Thanks!

      Hi Chad

      OK - Thanks.

Well if they can see the most active people from a particular customer regarding the latest campaign, they know who would be the way into the company on a deal about the campaigned product.

Who would be someone at the customer who sees the use of a particular product.

      Hope this helps.

    Hello,

Thanks again for the feedback. We will definitely take that into consideration. It definitely seems like a useful tool to be able to quickly see who is interacting most within an Account. We will add that to an update list to be considered for future release. Let us know if we can help with anything else in the meantime.

    Thanks, Jon
