#2538 - Cannot upgrade to SugarChimp

This is a follow up to ticket #2199 - Unable to upgrade SugarChimp from 7.5.5a to 7.5.9 / 7.7.1. Since that ticket was raised, we have upgraded our SugarCRM version. We tried to upgrade to SugarChimp 7.7.4, but experienced the same result as last time. I have further details to help your investigation, including logs and screenshots, but would prefer not to share them in a publicly-visible ticket such as this.

Please advise on how we can progress the SugarChimp upgrade.
