#1843 - SugarChimp preventing use of record view from a list view on 2 sugar modules.

Hi. We have had Sugar Chimp installed for a number of months now. Yesterday, we could not navigate to a record from list view from two of the modules on Sugar. Having spoken with our support team, they told us that once they deactivated the Sugar Chimp module, we could access the records from list view and they have asked to me query this with you guys.

    Hey Amy,

    We have been unable to reach you via email over the last couple of weeks. Do you have an updated email address that is not on file with SugarOutfitters that we can reach you at? Here is what we have sent via email:

    We take situations such as these very serious, and do not ever want to hinder you from being as productive as possible. The issue with SugarChimp keeping you from selecting records from your list views is definitely unique. We have not been able to duplicate that on our side. If we could get some further information or screenshots from you that would greatly assist us in figuring out how or why SugarChimp could keep that from happening. Let me know if there is a time that we could try and meet so you could show me where SugarChimp was causing the issues. Thanks for your time, we only want to help keep you as productive as possible!
