#1821 - Issue with Integration into SugarCRM 7.6.1

We have a customer that is having issues getting the SugarChimp Integration up and running. Below is the error message:

"Failed to copy cache/upgrades/temp/uRkOOh/copy/custom/clients/base/views/sugarchimp to custom/clients/base/views/sugarchimp"

Please let me know what I can do to help. The customer is RabbleTV

    Hey John,

    Can you ensure that your customer is installing the latest version of our software? They can download it at: http://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders

    This looks most like a permissions issue to me. More information on what is needed to install custom modules can be found here: http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Administration/Platform_Management/Setting_Default_File_Permissions_and_Ownership_Via_config.php/index.html http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Administration/Platform_Management/Required_File_System_Permissions_on_Linux/index.html

    If you find all your permissions are correct and they are installing the latest version, we will need to continue troubleshooting to find the cause! Let us know what you find or if you have any questions on that!
