I have 2 months trial licence key for SecuritySuite - SugarCRM CE Teams, It says this wrning again and again........ Hello,
I tried looking up your account and could not find anything. Which account was the trial started under? If you do not know just send over the license key to solutions[-@-]eggsurplus.com (no hyphens or brackets).
Have you tried going to the license configuration page which can be found on the Admin page under the SecuritySuite section of links? When you go there just re-validate the key. If it fails it may be because it cannot reach sugaroutfitters.com. Make sure that your firewall allows for a connection to sugaroutfitters.com. If it does validate and the error still shows then it may be working correctly and the error is just cached. This can happen if you are running APC or Memcache. Clear the cache and the error will go away (restarting Apache will also clear the cache).
