ie Custom module is Hooked with Security suite, but still it dose not display.
this custom module is a independent module not related to any of existing modules.
in Seurity settings i have only the check box inherit from parent record checked.

Was this module hooked to SecuritySuite using the Hookup Tool? It will not work to use Studio to create a relationship to the Security Groups module. Studio does not create the relationship correctly. The Hookup Tool must be used. If it was then is this custom module Advanced Open Sales? I heard a similar report recently and although it should work find with that module, that specific user-case seemed to somehow have the relationship flipped the wrong directly. Fixing that fixed the issue.

Yes It was hooked from hookup modules. What I noticed is when we select the module for the first time I get an Ajax error. Later if I select the module again then the error dose not appear. But the still security groups dose not work.
But if we leave the module with Ajax error and do not attempt for the second time and refresh it it works but it's in consistent. Let us know if there are know issues

There aren't any known issues. Any ideas what the ajax error is the first time? Can you see what is in the browser console or what the payload returned from the server is when that error happens? Anything in the sugarcrm.log or PHP logs?

I have the same issue. Nothing in the logs. Trying to get AOS_Quotes working with SecuritySuite. Basic Notes, module seems to be working.
