I have created a caller role and assigned users to it. I would like to create a separate layout view for anyone in this role. not clear how to do this. please advise

You can create separate layout views for different Security Groups, but not for roles. To do this create a group then go to Studio, open the Calls module (or whichever module you want to create a custom layout for), and click on the Layouts folder in the outline on the left. In the main pane you will now be prompted to choose which group to create a layout for and from which layout do you want to copy it from initially. Once you save Studio will reload and you will see a new folder under the Layouts folder for your group.
