#626 - securitysuite disabled 'by itself'?? have to reconfirm the license to re-enable
Hi Jason, this is with version 2.7.3. Happens on both installations we have, SugarCE 6.5.16, every other day when you load up the CRM it comes up with "securitysuite disabled, defaulting to owner rights" (or similar message, not sure anymore). In any case, when I then go through the "License Configuration" and then click on "Validate" it works again. So obviously this is not good, is there something we could do about it? Machine is Centos 6.5, latest updates, ehm.. what else would you need to know? Thanks, Andres

Hello Andres,
It's not able to write the license key to config_override.php. Can you make sure that file is writable by Sugar? There are also some options that write to config.php (unrelated to this). The latest release for 6.5.17 changes those to write to config_override.php instead.

In addition to trying that, I see that you currently have 2 trials going on. Are you currently using the key from the latest order? If so, I can remove the older order to ensure both don't convert to paid and that there are no possible conflicts.

the file is writeable and the key that is in being displayed in "license configuration" is actually in there.

We were able to work through this offline. The OS wanted a specific flag set to 0 instead of false. This has been adjusted in the most recent release.
