Hello,
SuiteCRM 7.4.3 is not supported as it is a very outdated and unsecure version. I recommend upgrading to a newer version of SuiteCRM and trying again. There also isn't a version of SecuritySuite available for 7.4.3. Installing a mismatching version is likely the cause of the error here.
