I currently have version 2.9.6. The Validation code is [redacted]. I think it is time to renew our License. Can you confirm. If so, it looks like the current product level are different than what was purchased last year. Which level is equivalent to the product purchased last year. If I download the new version will my current validation code work and will I retain my current settings?

    Renewal is automated so no need to start another trial. When I get back to the office I will check to see what the status is and follow up here.

      Thank you. I'm also getting a message in Suite saying that the version of Security Suite needs to be updated.

    It's set to renew on January 14th. Right now it is under Javiar's account. Let me know if that needs to be transferred to your account. 7 days prior to the renewal an email will be sent to whichever account is under with instructions on how to update the payment info.

    For the update message, did you update SuiteCRM since installing SecuritySuite? If so, then the matching version of SecuritySuite needs to be installed. For example, if SuiteCRM 7.9.7 was installed then you would want the SuiteCRM_7.9.7_SecuritySuite_v3.1.3.zip file. This will be available under Javiar's account right now.

    Let me know if you would like that moved over to your account.

    We are working through this over email so closing this case out for now.

    For anyone else needing to update, grab the matching version of your Sugar or SuiteCRM install from your downloads. Install without uninstalling prior. Once installed to go Admin->Repair and run a Repair Roles and then a Quick Repair & Rebuild.
