#304 - Show which security group a record is assgined to (SecuritySuite Premium)

Closed Feature created by ykhazin 10 years ago

Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to display (say in ListView or DetailView layouts) which Security Group a record is assigned to. I assume it can only be assigned to a single group. I am using custom modules where I would like to show this info.

On the Detail View you can see all the groups assigned to a record by viewing the Security Groups subpanel. There currently isn't a field that you can add to the list view to display this, but others have custom coded a field for the list view and added a process_record logic hook to populate all the groups associated to the record.

This is now available in the latest SugarCRM CE 6.5.24, SuiteCRM 7.6.6, and SuiteCRM 7.7.0 releases.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
