The 2.9.3b version refers to the SecuritySuite version. What is the specific version of SugarCRM that you need SecuritySuite for? Within the file name of each download will include the specific version of SugarCRM CE or SuiteCRM that it supports.
All versions except for 6.5.24 and SuiteCRM 7.7 are currently available under your purchases. 6.5.24 and 7.7 will be made available at some point this week after testing has been completed.

I upgraded CRM to 7.6.6 version but now CRM gives me a warning - SecuritySuite no longer matches the version of Sugar that you are running. SecuritySuite will not work correctly until updated to 6.5.23. Please help me what to do.

I uploaded the new version of Security Suite for SuiteCRM 7.6.6. But I am still getting warning i.e. Warning! SecuritySuite no longer matches the version of Sugar that you are running. SecuritySuite will not work correctly until updated to 6.5.23. Upgrade now to SecuritySuite for 6.5.23
Please help me what to do

I believe you had this issue in the past. In your case, edit config_override.php and set the securitysuite_version value to 6.5.23.
