#2299 - Cannot Validate Trial License
I have downloaded and installed the SecuritySuite. When I enter the key, I get a window pop-up stating "Error: null"
- I am logged into SugarCRM as an administrator -I am logged onto the (only) SugarCRM server as the domain administrator -As the domain administrator, I have full access to all files and folders -Just in case, I have confirmed the security to the SecuritySuite directory and I have full control -I have confirmed that there are no spaces before or after the license key

This can happen if php_curl is not enabled on the server, if your server cannot connect to sugaroutfitters.com, or if config_override.php is not writable. Can you check those items and then try to revalidate the license, please?

I did have to enable php_curl. The server can get to SugarOutfitters.com. config_override.php is writable.
I tried to validate the key again and now I get a error stating... Error: Public Key Does Not Exist
What else can I try?

That's a great sign! We must be getting closer. Unfortunately, this new error means that the install didn't work correctly as it can't find /modules/SecurityGroups/license/config.php. Can you try installing again without uninstalling prior?

I had to uninstall but I did so without removing the tables. I re-installed and was able to successfully validate my key. Thank you so much for your help!
