#2665 - PDF file export - Fonts not downloading
Hi, I am trying to get the plugin working on behalf of a client and I am receiving the following: Download fonts for PDF file export Installation provided without PDF fonts, for smaller module file upload. Please download fonts, to successfully export PDF files. This can take some time, depending on your internet connection.
I've tried updating permissions but it doesn't look like it has solved the problem?

This was our mistake on the server, sorry for that, we just fixed on the server side - can you please try to click 'Download' once again - this should work now ;).

Hi,
This works now however I am now getting the following error: _AnalyticReporting is inactive
Insuffient number of user licenses. Please add additional user licenses and try again._
How many users are required for this plugin to work?

Hello Kevin,
How many Sugar Users do you have? The license in counting all active Sugar Users, even if not everyone is using the module. Please let us know, if increasing the users for license to active Sugar user count doesn't work properly.
