#2527 - Snapshot reporting
Hi,
Does your AR tool support snapshot /historical reporting? Eg leads converted in January, cases that were assigned to a user last week, etc.
If so, can you provide some insight into how this is done in your tool? I have access to the tool but am new to it - I've never used it to demo alongside Sugar before.

Thank you for contacting us! This is very good question!
Yes, you can analyze the data from history, if you have enabled History Audit / track changes for this module fields in Sugar Module builder. If this is done, then you can simply add data from history via report builder. Select the necessary module and simply mark the ”Add audit tables” checkbox.
