#2363 - Licensing Question
Does the per user licensing apply to users having access to using this module, or just the total number of users created in SugarCRM? For instance, if our accounting department of three people need to create/run reports, do I pay for 3 users, or all 30 Sugar users?

The pricing counts all Sugar Users. According to your sample this would make it to 30.

You may have more success selling the software add-on if you could only somehow charge for actual usage. 3 users x14x12=$504 annually. Compared with our user base of 60 users x14x12=$10,080 annually. I would consider implementing and using the tools if only a limited amount of users would use and be charged. Unfortunately many of our users would not use the tool or realize the value, so we end up with too much waste to even consider the purchase.

We can offer alternative pricing plan where license would be counting module users only, but for this plan price per Module user is higher: it would be USD 1200 per User annually, so for 3 module users it would make USD 3600.
