#2470 - Can't see Box Folders

I have successfully connected to our Box instance. When I try to configure the alignment of Accounts, Contacts etc I cant see the folders I have created in Box.

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have followed all steps mentioned in the Installation Guide.

    Also, when you click on 'Connect to Box.com' in the RT Sugar Box Settings, a green tick should appear next to it showing that the configurations were correctly done. If it did not show up then you need to recheck your Box.com configurations and try again

    If the issue is still not fixed then please share your Sugar and Box login details with us at support@rolustech.com so that we can look into the issue.

    Hi Support,

    Thanks for getting back to us on this, I tried a reinstall and checked all the settings and followed the installation guide but unfortunately I could not get this to work.

    Would it be possible we could arrange a GoToMeeting Session so i can show you the issue i am having.
