Hi,

I have purchased the DocuSign plugin from sugaroutfitters.

I have installed DocuSign plugin on the SugarCRM 9.0.6 Enterprise Version.

I have installed the package in the Module Loader. Did repair and rebuild Then configured the plugin with DocuSign Account and it was successfully connected.

But whenever I try to use DocuSign Feature on the opportunities to sign the PDF it shows me this error:

account-d.docusign.com refused to connect.

In the PHP logs I get this error:

Can we get on a call and see how can we solve this issue?

    In the meantime, please clear your browser cache and also, Run Quick Repair & Rebuild in SugarCRM.

    I have done the Quick Repair & Rebuild. I am running SugarCRM on Incognito (Private Tab).

    It still shows the same error when I try to 'Send to DocuSign'.
