#4273 - SugarCRM 9.2.0 compatibility issue

We have installed RT Docusign plugin (RT_DocuSign_Sugar9_v1.0.7) in SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 9.2.0 (Build 120) (Fall '19), installation and configuration completed successfully.
After installation we observed that the Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead modules are not working, on create new record we are getting blank page.
As per Release notes Version 1.07 is compatible with SugarCRM 8.x.x to 9.0.0 (on-premise and on-demand), is the newer version available which is compatible with SugarCRM 9.2.0.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Yes, as per the release notes, RT DocuSign is fully compatible from Sugar 8.x.x to Sugar 9.0.0. At the time of last release, Sugar 9.0.0 was the latest version.

    We have tested its compatibility with Sugar 9.1 and since Sugar 9.2 is released recently, we will update you once the functionality has been fully tested by our Quality Assurance team and provide you with a Sugar 9.2.0 compatible package soon.
