#3930 - Errors at Install
I installed the plugin into a vanilla ondemand install v 8.2. Following the Welcome to RT Docusign Installation screen, it takes me to an error page, then it forwards me to the RT Docusign configuration page. I never see the "Success! RT Docusign Has been successfully installed" message. Hi Adrian,
Thank you for bringing this to our notice.
The error is occurring due to wrong or incomplete credentials on the configuration page. Kindly verify that credentials are correct and complete. Also kindly do a quick repair and rebuild. I hope the issue will be resolved. If the issue still exists after doing this, if possible, you can share your ssh and instance credentials with us to check the root cause of issue.
