The documentation says I can send docs to Accounts, Contact, Opportunities and Leads. Is it possible to extend that to other modules? Or perhaps Users?

I have a situation where we have users submitting applications on the system and I would like them to be signed however we do not use the Accounts, Contact, Opportunities or Leads modules at all.
