#2276 - cannot find the scheduler "DocuSign Sweeper"

Hi there,

I have just installed Docusign in a 7.6 Enterprise Sugar version (also tried 7.7 Enterprise) but when I try to add the scheduler, I do not see any Job called "DocuSign Sweeper" as mentioned in the installation guide. Can you please advise?

    Hi,

    There is no scheduler in current version of DocuSign. infact we are going to add it in new version that's why it mentioned in document.

    Hi,

    Does that mean there is no way the status of Documents if they have been signed or not can be updated in Sugar? Is there any workaround solution for the time being?

    Hi,

    RT Docusign is not compatible with the Enterprise edition, it is only compatible with the Pro edition of Sugar 7 only. You will not face any syncing issues in Sugar Professional.
