#1999 - Errors
I get the following errror when trying to send pdf to DocuSign "Send PDF To DocuSign”: PHP Notice: Undefined index: oauth_token in SugarRoot/custom/modules/RT_DocuSign/lib/src/DocuSign_Client.php
And why do I get this warning? Warring : RT DocuSign Scheduler is Not configured!. Please configure RT DocuSign Schedulers from Admin->Schedulers.
Also, which job is responsible for updating the status of an Envelope? When I send Documents and the customer signs it with docusign, the process is complete but the envelope status in Sugar remains as "Send"

Hi,
As mentioned in the error message that you shared, the scheduler is not configured on your Sugar. Once the scheduler is configured the issue that you mentioned with status update will be resolved.
Please share with us you Sugar access on the below mentioned Email ID so that a member of our technical team can configure the scheduler for you.
