Hi,

We are getting an issue where Sugar Support have advised that is a conflict with a custom file that appears to be the rating module.

Is there an update we can apply to try and fix this. We are Enterprise 7.9.2 ondemand, and are waiting to move to 7.10.01

    Can you please confirm us that you're on Enterprise 7.9.2 right now ? can we have copy of the message from Sugar support team ?

    "I believe this issue is occurring due to a conflict with a custom file in your instance. "

    and

    "This issue is related to the CapStarRating module loader package in your instance

    1. Login > Select Administration > Select Studio.
    2. Uninstall the CapStarRating package.
    3. Within the file system, manually remove the following file left over from the uninstall: ./custom/clients/base/filters/operators/Rate.php "
