My CRM version is: Version 7.7.1, Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509).
I tried installing cap_ReportQualifiers. However, I get the error message below. Can you please help? The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of SuiteCRM: CE

This should work out of the box I will have a look on suitecrm 7.7.4 (latest version available)
As there many many bug in 771, I highly adivse the update on your side.

Sorry for the delay, as promised we had a look today.
The module has been installed on suiteCRM 7.7.2 out of the box. Version 7.7.2 Sugar Version 6.5.24 (version de construction 509)
I think you're not using a out of the box version of SuiteCRM ? Any other module installed ?
What is your Apache and PHP version installed on the webserver ?

775 has just been released this week by Suitecrm but it is still based on Sugarcrm 6.5.23 core code. so the module is 100% compatible with this new version, no installation problem detected.

HI, I have upgraded the crm to v7.7.5. However, I am unable to install cap_Report Qualifiers. It says that The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of SuiteCRM: CE. The crm is out of the box. We did not make any modifications to it.

Cap_ReportQualifier is ONLY for SugarCRM Professional Enterprise and Ultimate, according to the documentation : https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/rating-field-module/installation-guide
SugarCRM Reports module is not available not in CE neither in SuiteCRM (they have their own report module) so this module is useless here
Download and install directly the second module cap_starrating.zip !
