#3600 - Incomplete display of all accounts

When I click on Accounts on the main screen the only accounts that are displayed are** favorites** and that, only when I apply the filter favorites. The favorites do not display except when I filter for favorites.

I can search for accounts by name and they will display. All accounts are available by name search or by labeling them as favorites and filtering for favorites. There are 3 filters:
1. ---
2. LBL_LISTVIEW_ALL
3. FAVORITES

    Sorry, I don't understand your problem. Could you add screenshots ?

    Also, you are not supposed to see LBL_LISTVIEW_ALL but All (or the equivalent in your translation).

    What is your version of SugarCRM or SuiteCRM ?

      SuiteCRM Version 7.9.12 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
