#1919 - I can not complete the correctly installation of Quick CRM

Dear SugarOutfitters Staff I try to install the app but in the midle of the installation I got a white screen with this error init

"There is no action by that name".

So as soon as this appear, I login again and it seams that the app was installed. But when I click in License and Users it appears the same mistake

We also do not find where to introduce the licency. If it is by License and Users this is impossible to make because as soon as we click on this it takes me to the error.

Please let me know as soon as possible. Why is this happening. I really need to try the app.

    Hi,

    This might be due to your version being pretty old. I'll check what can happen and we probably will have to create a new version to support version 6.2.

    We have just uploaded version 4.5.9. This version will install correctly in SugarCRM 6.2

    Hi. Thank you for this version. I already install the version, and validates my license. But now when I take the filed I would like to display and click in save. It doesn't save the field I selected. Please let me know why this is happening. Kind regards.

    Hi, I have not been able to reproduce this problem on SugarCRM 6.2. Could you send some screenshots at support@quickcrm.fr or give me a temporary access to your CRM?

    Dear Suport Staff The are already saving, My concern is that it does not show the fiels created by the relations with another modules. We creates all the realtions in the studio. Would you please let me know if this is possible anyway. Should I set as available the module of the parent of the relation field? I really appreciate your soon response. Kind regards,

    Now I Identify that I have 0 licese available. Do you know the reason why? I am going to send you the screen shot by email because here is asking me for and URL when I try to attach and image.

    Regarding relationships, you need to have both modules of the relationship available.

    I don't understand the screenshot you sent. This screenshot shows Tickets.
