#3759 - 'No record found'
Hi, I have just installed Proximity search and have followed the API installation instructions all the way through - although I did need to remove the website restriction as it seemed to give me an error message on this, so currently the API is not restricted. When I go to search anything I simply see 'no record found'. I noted in the field mapping settings that the only address fields I could choose were either 'shipping' or 'billing' however on looking at our existing records, we seem to just be using 'primary address' fields - I am not sure if this is related, but thought it worth mentioning.
I am not receiving any other error messages.

Thanks for getting our plugin. Please make sure your cron scheduler is working and updating Longitude and Latitude of records. I can help for setup plugin if you can send me your CRM access at support@offshoreevolution.com.
