#2986 - Can't find "Proximity-Search-Mediator.php"

We've just downloaded the module and plan to install tonight.

As we are an on-demand instance we noticed the need to load Proximity-Search-Mediator.php onto out server but cannot find this file. Could you possibly advise as to where we can find this?

    We appreciate your recent purchase of Proximity Search plugin. Our new version “Proximity-Search-SugarCRM7-V1.8.zip” does not required “Proximity-Search-Mediator.php” file, so we removed it from SugarOutffiter. Please follow below steps to get your Google API key.

    Thanks for the email.

    I've put "https://towersys.sugarondemand.com/*" into the referrers field but am still receiving... 

    REQUEST_DENIED: Browser API keys cannot have referer restrictions when used with this API
