#3932 - Updating version fails

We currently have PM 4.5.1 installed. A few months ago Sally sent me the upgrade package to 4.5.5. I thought I had installed it but it looks like I never got around to it.

I'm trying to install now. I loaded the package into Module Loader on my dev instance, but the installation/upgrade always hangs at 80%, on the following step: "Including: cache/upgrades/temp/iegeCv/scripts/pre_install.php "

I checked sugarcrm.log and I see this error:

[FATAL] ERROR: rmdir_recursive(): argument cache/upgrades/temp/iegeCv is not a file or a dir.

Please advise how I should proceed. Thank you.

    Forgot to mention I am using Sugar on-premise, version 7.7.2.0

      Fortunately, I was able to get this resolved, so I'm on 4.5.5 now. Is this the latest version?

    Hey Freddy,
    Bill Convis here. Are you good to go at this time? Looks like it based on this thread. We do have an updated version of Process Manager to support Sugar 8.x. I need to get this version to you such that you don't have problems upgrading to Sugar 8 when the time comes. I will review past emails to you and send you this latest version.

      I was able to get this upgrade issue sorted out, yes. I wouldn't mind if we could get Auto-Assign Lead functionality back in our lives, though, if you want to check out my other support thread. :)
