Hi,

We are having an issue whereby contacts are not syncing in either direction.

Everything appears to have set up correctly and the cron jobs are running. The fields are mapped. We get the following output from the cron job: -

EVolpe Sync Start Mautic\PluginBundle\Helper\IntegrationHelper MauticPlugin\EVolpeMarketingAutomationBundle\Integration\EVolpeMarketingAutomationIntegration MauticPlugin\EVolpeMarketingAutomationBundle\Api\EVolpeMarketingAutomationApi Count: 0

Can you please advise what the issue may be?

    It looks like there's problem with configuration. Here you find configuration guide: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/mautic-sugarcrm-integrator/configuration-guide. Check if you did every step.

    Furthermore we support only SuiteCRM 7.10.x. Here you find requirements: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/mautic-sugarcrm-integrator/requirements-and-important-issues.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. Is it fundamentally 'incompatible' with SuiteCRM version 7.8.8? We are not in a position to update this currently because of specific custom modules and workflows.

    Are we likely to get it working at all with version 7.8.8?

    It should works with your version of SuiteCRM. The problem you provided above probably results from incorrect configuration or installation. I think you should go through installation and configuration guide and check every step.
