Hi Biju,
pleasea check and attach additional information from Mautic logs as well as Suite logs meaning: apache logs from both servers, suitecrm.log (from Suite) and files located in \app\logs. If there are no meaningfull log entries we can schedule a screen sharing session to best evaluate what the problem seems to be.
