#1304 - Connector Removing and Updating Marketo With Bad Data
We have a customer using the Marketo Connector on Sugar 7.5.2. We found a bug that if you map fields from the User section of the Map Connector Properties for Marketo, it will actually overwrite all data in Marketo for the fields from Users you have mapped.
For example: 1. Mapped the User Connector field City and Address to the City and Primary Address fields from dropdown selection. 2. When the connector syncs with Marketo, it will look at the default Assigned User profile in Sugar for the Leads, and update ALL Marketo Data with the User's City and Address.
This was causing all Leads in Marketo and Sugar to get updated with the value of Sarasota from the default user's profile and then clearing out all Address information for the records.
