We have tested again the component using customized modules created with the Module Builder, both the CE version and the PRO, and have seen that it works perfectly. In the component administration interface you need to move the new customized module from the Disabled modules list to Enabled modules list (drag & drop), and then save the settings.

Could you send us more information about this case? (Sugar version, component version, platform, etc.)

I used 6.5.16 CE on LAMP. Cusom packages was created in modulebuilder and contains 3+1 modules with links to eachother and to previously installed. I uninstalled these custom modules, MailMegrReports, then i installed again these modules and after that installed MailMergeReports. Now it works. as note - custom modules was redeployed several times from ModuleBuilder - may be on the way it broke somehow intergation process. If i'll face with this issue again - i'll dive in and will let you know. Thanks for the feedback!
