Create documents in docx, xlsx (MS Office Word and Excel), odt, ods (LibreOffice and OpenOffice) and pdf format without MS Office or others plugins installed from any module and subpanel using templates.
#3117 - Documents generating blank
Hello, we have recently migrated a SugarCRM system that uses this plugin to a new server. On the new server the functionality appears to be there but when generating a document it is coming out as blank. This was the case for existing templates which were copied over from the old server and new templates created on the new server. We are using the same version of SugarCRM (6.5.22 Community Edition) on the new server. The version of Mail Merge Reports is 2.5.3 and again is the same on both servers.
Do you have any suggestions on what may be causing the problem, or what troubleshooting steps we can take?

Hello,
Sorry very much for the delay in answering you. Please, review if the templates files exist in the "/document_templates" installation directory of Sugar. Also review that these files have the right permissions to be read from SugarCRM. You can also look at the logs of PHP and SugarCRM to see if it is giveing errors when generating the documents.
