Hi There,

When I am trying to use your module from the Meeting module I cannot reach Account information when it's working fine from the opportunity module ? Could you please fixe this BUG ?

Also from the opportunity module how can I reach "last meeting" information such as all fields link to the last meeting date ?

Could you tell us more information about the bug you found using Meeting module? Could you send us the template you are using? could you send us a screenshot of the error?

Hi Alex,

As you wrote in your mail, there aren’t relationships with Account from Meetings modules in SUGAR, so, you need to implement calculated variables (same things with notes module). It is NOT a bug, you need to programme your calculated variables.

  You CAN Help me in telling me as per m'y prevous request how can i do to select from opportunities module the desired meeting info as the last meetting infi. That would help me a lot as opportunities as you know has relationship for meetings and account.

Hi Alex,

We included more variables for the Opportunity module in MMR, we hope that helps you.

I have just sent you an email with a zip file attached. The zip has the next files:
1. ‘DHA_DocumentTemplatesCalculatedFields.php’ file: please, copy that file in your instalation overwriting the file that you have now in the /custom/modules/Opportunities.
2. ‘Opportunities-Last-Meeting.docx’ file: it is a template that shows the new variables.
3. Two files .png: there are screenshots showing how MMR can get the meetings of a opportunity and also the new variables with the data of the last meeting ('date_star' field).
Note: The relation between Meetings and other modules in SUGAR is a "Flex-relate" type relation, it means that one meeting can be related with different Sugar modules but only with one each time.
